Join Us: Rooted in Ritual Memorial 2026

Rooted in Ritual is a free annual summer memorial event where we gather among nature to take part in a gentle, collective ritual – honoring those we have lost and finding connection with others in grief. This event will be led by our clinical counsellor, hospice care team, and trained volunteers.
