DESCRIPTION:Entering the first holiday season without your person can feel enormous\, and there is no single manual for how to get through it. \nThis interactive workshop is designed with you in mind. You will have space to explore what this season might look like for you: how you’re feeling\, how to stay connected to your person\, how to approach traditions\, and how to take care of yourself. Most importantly\, you’ll be with others who understand — peers who are navigating this same season\, without their person too. \nThere is no “should” here. You don’t have to enjoy the festivities\, and you don’t have to tuck your grief away to be present for others. You may find that spending time with the people in your life brings comfort\, even moments of joy\, or you may not\, and that’s okay too.
