SUMMARY:Spousal Loss Support Group
DESCRIPTION:This group offers a compassionate space for adults who are grieving the loss of a spouse. Sessions run weekly for two hours each\, and are facilitated by our clinical counsellor. \nLosing a spouse or partner brings a unique kind of grief\, one that touches nearly every part of daily life. This group is designed to give you the opportunity to come together with peers in a safe space where you can share your experiences and learn new ways to navigate the grief of losing a partner.
